Dupont-style Drop Weight Impact Testing Machine 'QC-641'

Typically, three samples are tested consecutively, and the condition of paint cracking is evaluated one hour later!

The 'QC-641' that we handle is a DuPont-style drop weight impact testing machine primarily used for evaluating the adhesion of paints. The anvil and striker on the sample receiving side can be changed to various shapes. The weight of the drop weight can be selected from 300g, 500g, 800g, or 1000g, and the drop height can be freely set. By freely dropping strikers of various shapes to apply impact, the adhesion of the paint is evaluated based on the condition of the sample surface. 【Applicable Test Standards】 ■JIS K5400 ■JIS K5640 ■ASTM D2794 ■ISO 6272 *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Drop Hammer Impact Testing Machine (EN1621) 'QC-636'

Automatically sets the drop weight to the specified test height! Safety mechanism prevents the drop weight from falling during a power outage!

The QC-636 is a drop weight impact testing machine capable of displaying and analyzing test data through software. In standard tests, a 5 kg drop weight (including the striker) is dropped from a height of 1 meter to deliver an impact energy of 50 J, capturing the impact energy absorbed by the sample. It is suitable for evaluating the shock absorption performance of packaging materials used for human protection gear and the transportation of precision machinery. 【Features】 - Automatically sets the drop weight to the specified test height - Connection with the drop weight via an electromagnet (safe structure during connection) - Safety mechanism to prevent the drop weight from falling during a power outage (fail-safe) - Low-friction guide mechanism that does not hinder the drop of the weight - Display and analysis of test data through software *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
